Tom Scollins

 I am a fourth generation Marshfield native and a 1978 graduate of Marshfield High School. I graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and continued my education with an MBA from Suffolk University. I have a beautiful wife and three children and have been married for over thirty-six years. When my children were young, I was active in youth sports, having coached over fifty teams. I am also involved in the Marshfield community, serving on the Advisory Board since 2009. In my free time I enjoy golfing, the beach, and watching my two grandsons, truly blessed that they also live in the great town of Marshfield!

I have been a sales professional since 1984, providing customers with exceptional support and education. I have been a sales trainer, and have had the luxury of attending numerous selling skills and techniques courses. I understand the negotiation skills required to get you the highest price for your property.

A large part of my work is performed behind the scenes: previewing homes, researching comparable sales and examining market knowledge. For every hour I spend showing you homes, I will have spent up to 10 hours preparing to make better use of our time together. I am constantly acquiring information that will help me to better serve you.
