Fran Marci Welcomed to Molisse Realty Group

 

Fran Marci Welcomed at Molisse Realty Group
Fran Marci previously lived in the New York Metropolitan area where she worked as a designer in the fashion industry.
She moved to Marshfield in 1997 and shortly after began her real estate career. She has recently joined the agents of Molisse Realty Group, LLC  which is owned by Brian Molisse, Broker.
Having a creative background allows Fran to assist sellers edit or stage their homes and help buyers visualize their new space and ”seeing” how the home could look with renovations and additions.
Fran has been active listing and selling throughout the resort areas of the South Shore over the past 14 years and considers this her specialty.
One of her most memorable transaction was an open house at an oceanfront home where a contract was written right on the spot!
