I previously lived in the New York Metropolitan area and worked as a designer in the Fashion Industry. I relocated to Marshfield in 1997 and began my real estate career shortly thereafter.
I have a creative background and find that because of this I’m able to assist sellers edit or stage their homes for maximum sale potential. This design background also translates well into helping buyers visualize their new space and how the home they are buying would look with renovations and additions.
I have been very active in listing and selling in the resort areas of the South Shore over the past 14 years. My most memorable transaction occurred on an oceanfront property in Marshfield. I was doing an open house one Sunday and the buyers came into the home and wrote a contract right on the spot! The old Victorian home was in need of repairs and updating, however, the buyer was able to restore the home inside and out with great taste and style.
