Molisse Realty Group first opened its doors in May of 2008 in a small office located on Rte. 53 in Hanover, MA. Brian Molisse, Owner/Broker and sole proprietor of the company began business as a one man operation.
Though starting alone, Brian had a vision in mind when opening Molisse Realty Group; to open a full-time, full service real estate office that is dedicated to the principals of honesty, integrity, and hard work.
With his noticeable enthusiasm for real estate, Brian was soon approached by many agents who wanted to join him at Molisse Realty Group. This lead to the opening of a second office in Braintree, which was relocated in February of 2010 to our current location right in the heart of Weymouth at 636 Middle Street in Shaws Plaza.
When he outgrew the Hanover space, the success of the Weymouth location prompted Brian to seek a similar situation for a new office, which he found at 18 Snow Rd, Marshfield at Webster Square.
In June of 2011 Brian Molisse bought out Land’s End Realtors in Plymouth at 45 Samoset Street. With the acquisition of this new office in Plymouth, Molisse Realty Group has been able to expand its coverage throughout the entire South Shore. Brian Molisse is seeing his long time goals become reality.
Molisse Realty Group now has 55+ agents. We are a company that is based on honesty, integrity, and hard work. We are Realtor members and associated with the Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. The goal of all our agents is to provide the best possible service to our clients and customers.
