Molisse Realty Group first opened its doors in May of 2008 in a small office located on Rte. 53 in Hanover, MA. Brian Molisse, Owner/Broker and sole proprietor of the company began business as a one man operation.
Though starting alone, Brian had a vision in mind when opening Molisse Realty Group; to open a full-time, full service real estate office that is dedicated to the principals of honesty, integrity, and hard work.
With his noticeable enthusiasm for real estate, Brian was soon approached by many agents who wanted to join him at Molisse Realty Group. The company has grown to include 60+ agents and staff and operates two offices on the South Shore; one located right in the heart of Weymouth at 636 Middle Street in Shaws Plaza and our new expanded space located in Marshfield at 23 Snow Road in Webster Square.
Brian Molisse is seeing his long term goals become reality through the continued growth and accomplishment of his company. He has a reputation for business that is based on honesty, integrity, and hard work and believes so strongly in his company that he offers each and every client a written “Total Customer Satisfaction Guarantee”.

We are a Realtor Office and our professional affiliations include membership with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR), and the Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors (PASS). Brian Molisse is an active participant with the associations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Plymouth and South Shore Association and is also a PASS Honor Society Member.
